And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said, "There will be no more delay. But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets."</b></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me once more: "Go, take the scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land."</b></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, "Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey." I took the little scroll from the angel's hand and ate it. It tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour. Then I was told, "You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings." </b></I></div> <bR> <div> <B>A biblical mystery is a plan of God that has not, as of yet, been revealed. It is not a secret to be kept, but a progressive revelation. The following are some important biblical mysteries:</b></div> <bR> <div> <B>1) The church as the body of Christ (Ephesians 3:1-11, 6:19; Colossians 4:3).</b></div> <div> <B>2) The church as the bride of Christ (Ephesians 5:28-32).</b></div> <div> <B>3) The translation of the living saints</b></div> <div> <B>    (1Corinthians 15:51-52; 1Thessalonians 4:14, 17).</b></div> <div> <B>4) The mystery of lawlessness (2Thessalonians 2:7; Matthew 13:33).</b></div> <div> <B>5) Israel's blindness in part until the full number of Gentiles has come into the</b></div> <div> <B>    church (Romans 11:25).</b></div> <bR> <div> <B>In the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the following will be accomplished:</b></div> <bR> <div> <B>The full number of Gentiles will have come into the Body of Christ. The dead in Christ will rise first and those who are alive will be translated in the twinkling of an eye. The rapture will occur as lawlessness will be at its full. The whole unsaved world will be worshipping the image of the beast. The bride will be taken up to heaven for judgment as to reward and for the wedding feast of the Lamb. Israel's spiritual blindness will be removed. All of these mysteries will be accomplished at the same time on the "Great and Terrible Day of the L</b><B>ORD</b><B>".</b></div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Matthew 24: 37-39</U></b><B> </b></div> <div> <I><B>As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.</b></I></div> <bR> <div> <B>The earth will be full of violence, as in the days of Noah, and promiscuity, as in the days of Sodom when Christ returns for his church.</b></div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Genesis 7:1-10</U></b></div> <div> <I><B>The L</b></I><I><B>ORD</b></I><I><B> then said to Noah, "Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation. Take with you seven of every kind of clean animal, a male and its mate, and two of every kind of unclean animal, a male and its mate, and also seven of every kind of bird, male and female, to keep their various kinds alive throughout the earth. Seven days from now I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature I have made." </b></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>And Noah did all that the L</b></I><I><B>ORD</b></I><I><B> commanded him.</b></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Noah was six hundred years old when the floodwaters came on the earth. And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons' wives entered the ark to escape the waters of the flood. Pairs of clean and unclean animals, of birds and of all creatures that move along the ground, male and female, came to Noah and entered the ark, as God had commanded Noah. And after the seven days the floodwaters came on the earth. </b></I></div> <bR> <div> <B>Noah and his family entered the ark 7 days prior to the flood. During that week, 7 pairs of clean animals and 1 pair of unclean animals entered the opened ark.</b></div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Genesis 7:11-16</U></b><B> </b></div> <div> <I><B>In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, on the seventeenth day of the second month-on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened. And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights. </b></I></div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Acts 10:9-23</U></b></div> <div> <I><B>About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles of the earth and birds of the air. Then a voice told him, "Get up, Peter. Kill and eat." </b></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>"Surely not, Lord!" Peter replied. "I have never eaten anything impure or unclean." </b></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>The voice spoke to him a second time, "Do not call anything impure that God has made clean." This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.</b></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision, the men sent by Cornelius found out where Simon's house was and stopped at the gate. They called out, asking if Simon who was known as Peter was staying there. While Peter was still thinking about the vision, the Spirit said to him, "Simon, three men are looking for you. So get up and go downstairs. Do not hesitate to go with them, for I have sent them." Peter went down and said to the men, "I'm the one you're looking for. Why have you come?"</b></I></div> <bR> <div> <B>Peter's vision of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles of the earth and birds of the air did not concern itself with the laws of uncleanliness in regards to food. It was a symbolic picture of the Gentiles (Daniel's visions of beasts represented nations). Peter was to take the gospel to Cornelius.</b></div> <bR> <div> <B>The spiritual picture of Noah's Ark is one where the nations are entering into the Body of Christ. The ark was opened for 7 days (Daniel's 70th Week) as those who are born-again by the Holy Spirit come into the Body of Christ. Only when the ram's horn sounds a long blast may they go up to the mountain."</b></I></div> <bR> <div> <B>All of Israel camped at the base of the mountain. They were to consecrate themselves. On the third day, God would speak to them. Only when the ram's horn sounds a long blast may they go up the mountain. When the Lord descends with a shout and the trumpet call of God, the dead in Christ shall rise first. The base of the mountain symbolizes the earth, while the top of the mountain symbolizes heaven - the dwelling place of God. The giving of the Law was accompanied by thunder, lightning, smoke, trumpet blast and earthquakes. These awesome displays of God's power and divine presence are paralleled in manifestations that occur prior to the Rapture.</b></div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Exodus 24:15-16</U></b></div> <div> <I><B>When Moses went up on the mountain, the cloud covered it, and the glory of the L</b></I><I><B>ORD </b></I><I><B>settled on Mount Sinai. He ascended into heaven. The Holy Spirit came down in power on Pentecost (50 days after the resurrection).
